Terms of Service

These terms have not been published yet. Before launch this page needs your own Terms of Service, covering at minimum:

• • The relationship between UGC Creators, brands and creators (marketplace, not employer)
• • Content ownership, licensing and usage rights for delivered work
• • Payment, commission, refunds and dispute resolution once escrow is live
• • Acceptable use, account suspension and termination
• • Limitation of liability and governing law (England & Wales)

Because this marketplace will hold brand funds and pay third-party creators, have a solicitor review the final wording.
