• • What is collected (account details, portfolio media, messages) and the lawful basis for each
• • Your lawful basis for contacting creators imported from existing sign-up lists
• • Retention periods, and processors used (hosting, storage, payments)
• • Data subject rights: access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection
• • ICO registration details and complaints route

Imported creators were added from lists they previously joined; make sure your notice and first outreach email reflect that basis accurately.
